anon-proxy software package provides Proxy to surf the web anonymously, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install anon-proxy
anon-proxy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the anon-proxy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep anon-proxy *
You will get with anon-proxy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
